Periscope announces broadcasts via twitter. Keep an eye on the twitter feed here for a link to the latest broadcast. Note that older broadcasts are archived - check the tweet times.

If you don't see a link to the right broadcast yet, just keep an eye on it. The list refreshes every 30 seconds so you won't miss it when it comes!
